At Productivity Conversion, we bring a planned analytical and systematic approach to cultivate best practice.

STEP 1:  Identify the Key Issues Currently Restricting Productivity

We have also developed some highly effective low-cost diagnostic tools which help to identify the priorities and principal opportunities at any particular site. It is often important to work out what is different at a site before starting the implementation of approaches which work well somewhere else.

STEP 2:  Strategy Development

STEP 3:  Strategy Implementation
We provide practical 'hands-on' activities and training with a focus on action learning.  We draw on the experience of more than 700 successful operational improvement projects in Australian organisations.  We have a Library of Training Materials, consistent with the overall values and principles reflected in the ABEF, which facilitate

Our initial analytical work ensures our initiatives are targeted to areas where improvements in productivity can be made.  Furthermore, our quantitative assessments against Step 1 provide benchmarks against which the outcomes of our work can be measured.
